• Check-in and conversation data: Messages you send during AI check-ins and conversations, used to personalize your Mirror Profile and generate Soul Reports.
• Usage data: Basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. No cross-site tracking.

How we use your data

• To build and maintain your personal Mirror Profile
• To generate daily check-in responses and Soul Reports
• To send product updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve MirrorMai's models and features (in anonymized, aggregated form only)

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use your personal reflections to train public AI models without explicit consent.
• We do not show you ads.
• We do not share your conversations with employers, insurers, or anyone outside MirrorMai.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Conversation data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — your data is only accessible to your account. We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit.

Your rights

You may request to:

• Export all your data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Correct inaccurate information

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
